Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 200 Hour)
Yoga Teacher Training - 200 hour weekend certification at Wainwright House
A 200 hour weekend certification will be offered beginning the weekend of January 22, 2016. The course will run every 2nd or 3rd weekend, not disrupting holiday weekends.
This unique class is open to anyone wishing to become certified at the 200 hour level, and also to students wishing to increase their knowledge and understanding of yoga.
A triumvirate of superlative teachers will be giving this training. Among them, they have over 100 years of yoga teaching experience. This is a special opportunity to learn from seasoned experts. This union echoes the very meaning of spiritual Yoga, and will be taught with the wisdom of their studied traditions.
The three teachers will be: Paula Heitzner of Nyack Yoga Center, Patty Holmes of the Yoga Garden in White Plains, and Susan Wright of Birth of Venus Yoga in Mamaroneck. Each of these teachers is E-RYT 500 Certified.
