Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 200 Hour) Certification at Wainwright House in 2016

WHYTA (Wainwright House Yoga Training Academy) will offer a 200 hour weekend certification beginning the weekend of January 22, 2016. The course will run every 2nd or 3rd weekend, avoiding holiday weekends. The training will have three lead teachers, whose combined yoga teaching experience is OVER 100 years!

Yoga masters Paula Heitzner (E-RYT500), Patty Holmes (E-RYT500), and Susan J. Wright (E-RYT500, LMT, LCSW-R) have joined forces to offer the most comprehensive and truly unique RYS 200hr training certification. Each of these expert teachers specializes in a different focus on training available. Students will reap the benefits of their teachers’ expertise to deepen their own knowledge.

The training is intended for those wishing to earn their 200 hour certification, as well as those interested in absorbing the wisdom of these much skilled teachers for their own practice.

Paula Heitzner, owner of Nyack Yoga Center, will focus on alignment and asanas for optimal health. Patty Holmes, owner of Yoga Garden in White Plains, will focus on spaciousness in breath, and Susan J. Wright, owner and creator of Birth of Venus Center will focus on how the process of yoga weaves healing energy through the body and the exploration of the inner sacred landscape.
