During a 34-30 C.W. Post win over East Stroudsburg on Saturday, Sachem East alum Joe Botti had a career-day, catching eight passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns. Botti, a sophomore for the Pioneers, is the second leading receiver this season. He is the son of former Sachem running back Michael Botti, one of the best players in Sachem history, who helped the Flaming Arrows win a Suffolk County title in 1983, arguably the greatest team in program history.
