UPDATE: Man Stabbed His Mother's Boyfriend to Death in Lake Ronkonkoma: Police
A 31-year-old man is charged with manslaughter following stabbing at apartment building Saturday evening.

A Lake Ronkonkoma man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in the stabbing death of his mother’s boyfriend on Saturday.
According to police, 31-year-old Rakien Hall and 47-year-old Oscar Green were engaged in an altercation in the apartment they shared with Green’s mother at 700A Portion Road, at the corner of Grace Court, when Hall stabbed Green in the neck shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday.
Green was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Hall fled the apartment on foot, but was arrested at about 8:50 a.m. Sunday, police said. He is charged with first degree manslaughter. He will be held overnight at the Sixth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.
