SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

First Precinct

• Feb. 8: Rafael Rodriguez, 24, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: possession of credit card.
• Feb. 6: Allan Alvarez-Molina, 31, of Copiague, was arrested in Copiague and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 5: Dante Young, 38, of New York, was arrested in Babylon and charged with second-degree burglary: dwelling.
• Feb. 5: Jaquell Robinson, 26, of Wyandanch, was arrested in Wyandanch and charged with second-degree assault: intent to cause physical injury to officer, resisting arrest, and criminal possession of controlled substance/narcotics.
• Feb. 5: Ismael Rivera Jr., 43, of Deer Park, was arrested in North Babylon and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 4: Hector Morales-Torres, 37, of Farmingville, was arrested in Wyandanch and charged with first-degree sex abuse: contact with individual less than 11.

Second Precinct

• Feb. 9: Zachary Terry-Wade, 27, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington and charged with first-degree false instrument: intent to defraud.
• Feb. 9: Peter Woods Jr., 50, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 8: Juventino Garcia-Vasquez, 55, of Brentwood, was arrested in Huntington and charged with first-degree false instrument: intent to defraud.
• Feb. 6: Elise Bratton, 24, of Baltimore, MA, was arrested in Elwood and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 5: Dora Nolasco, 32, of Brentwood, was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 4: Brandon Sestoso, 39, of Huntington Station, was arrested in South Huntington and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Feb. 4: Omar Benners, 44, of New York, was arrested in South Huntington and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Third Precinct

• Feb. 8: Danis Gomez, 23, of Brentwood, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with second-degree criminal possession of weapon: loaded firearm.
• Feb. 7: Jorge Zelaya-Flores, 38, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with second-degree sex abuse: person under 14 years.
• Feb. 6: Juan Tapiaminier, 27, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 6: Marcos Baetz-Tavarez, 25, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with second-degree criminal possession of weapon: loaded firearm.
• Feb. 5: Lorena Portillo-Miranda, 39, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 4: Aaron Johnson, 26, of Central Islip, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property: value of property more than $3,000.
• Feb. 4: Marissa Vela, 40, of Commack, was arrested in West Islip and charged with first-degree operate motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Feb. 4: Ronel Contreras, 29, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with first-degree criminal sex act: victim less than 13 and second-degree criminal sex act: victim less than 15.

Fourth Precinct

• Feb. 9: Tyer Habig, 19, of Massapequa, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with first-degree operator motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Feb. 9: Anthony Thomas, 31, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with three counts of fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000 and one count of petty larceny.
• Feb. 8: Sean Walters, 26, of Copiague, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000.
• Feb. 8: David Olivari, 37, of Coram, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation: public servant.
• Feb. 7: Leury Rodriguez, 27, of Brentwood, was arrested in Islandia and charged with three count of first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: 2 oz of narcotic drug, three counts of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: 1/2 an oz of narcotic drug, and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug.
• Feb. 6: George Estrada, 29, of Hampton Bays, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 4: Yadunandan Singh, 27, of Hollis, was arrested in Lake Grove and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000.

Fifth Precinct

• Feb. 9: Michael Harms, 32, of Blue Point, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 7: Michael Tolle Jr., 30, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000.
• Feb. 6: Craig Martin, 66, of Sayville, was arrested in Sayville and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 5: Emmanuel Rivera, 40, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 5: Matthew Vanderosa, 25, of Coram, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with one count of fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000, third-degree burglary: illegal entry w/ intent, one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and six counts of petty larceny.
• Feb. 5: Kevin Hopp, 40, of Manorville, was arrested in North Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.

Sixth Precinct

• Feb. 8: Andrew Ruiz, 33, of Huntington, was arrested in Setauket-East Setauket and charged with first-degree operator motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Feb. 6: William Couto Jr., 40, of Coram, was arrested in Brookhaven and charged with second-degree criminal possession of cannabis and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Feb. 5: Christine Freud, 57, of Ridge, was arrested in Yaphank and charged with DWI: first offense.
• Feb. 4: Michael Howell, 25, of Coram, was arrested in Coram and charged with first-degree operator motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Feb. 4: Suleman Malik, 33, of Selden, was arrested in Centereach and charged with DWI: first offense.

Seventh Precinct

• Feb. 9: John Leggio IV, 42, of Shirley, was arrested in Shirley and charged with second-degree sex abuse: person under 14 years and second-degree sexual conduct: child under 11.
• Feb. 9: Lawrence Haas, 65, of Brighton, was arrested in Shirley and charged with second-degree assault: injure victim 65 or older.
• Feb. 7: Nicole Cerulli, 33, of Manorville, was arrested in Manorville and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000.
• Feb. 4: David Velez, 37, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Mastic Beach and charged with aggravated DWI: with child - 2 prior convictions.
