Suffolk Arrest Report: March 4

A look at some recent arrests in the county.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

First Precinct

  • March 2: Devonte Jennings, 23, of Wyandanch was arrested in West Babylon and was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. Jennings stole over $1,000 worth of property, according to the charge.
  • March 2: Shamiqwa Dixon, 27, of Coram was arrested in West Babylon and was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Dixon stole over $1,000 worth of property, according to the charge.
  • March 1: Rhonda Martin, 51, of Deer Park was arrested in Deer Park and was charged with four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, as well as third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • March 1: Sharon Martinez, 63, of Deer Park was arrested in Deer Park and was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Second Precinct

  • Feb. 24: Philip Boyce, 47, of Mineral Springs, NC, was arrested as a fugitive without a warrant in Huntington Station.

  • March 2: Nireair Jefferson, 34, of Port Jefferson was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Jefferson has a previous conviction, according to the charge.
  • March 2: John Reyes, 27, of Brentwood was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Reyes had a hallucinogenic substance and a defaced weapon, according to the charges.
  • March 2: Fred Walker, III, 29, of Deer Park was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Walker had a defaced weapon, according to the charge.
  • March 2: Khaleel Gonell, 29, of Utica was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Gonell had a loaded firearm, according to the charge.
  • March 2: Stephanie Reyes, 23, of Brentwood was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
  • March 2: Manuel Baez, 51, of Brentwood was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Baez has a previous conviction, according to the charge.

Fourth Precinct

  • Feb. 25: Carlos Lozada, 35, of Patchogue was arrested in Brookhaven and was charged with third-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and reckless driving, as well as seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Fifth Precinct

  • March 2: Sean Sullivan, 33, of Medford was arrested in Patchogue and was charged with burglary.
  • March 1: Paul Sullivan, 63, of Copiague was arrested in West Sayville and was charged with third-degree grand larceny and driving while intoxicated.
  • Feb. 25: Shaun Weiler, 38, of Medford was arrested in Medford and was charged with first-degree sexual conduct with a child.
  • Feb. 24: Ashley Simicich, 34, of Bohemia was arrested in Bohemia and was charged with second-degree burglary.

Sixth Precinct

  • March 2: Charles Edmonds, 34, of Medford was arrested in Coram and was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
  • March 1: A 17-year-old male from Brooklyn was arrested Medford and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Seventh Precinct

  • March 2: Colby Hislop, 31, of Hauppauge was arrested in Shirley and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Hislop has a previous conviction within the last 10 years, according to the charge.
  • Feb. 28: Edin Chiguaquinonez, 30, of Westhampton was arrested in Shirley and was charged with first-degree sexual conduct with a child.
