Suffolk Police Seeking Info On Lake Ronkonkoma ATV Thief

LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY — Suffolk police are seeking help in finding the person they say stole an All-terrain vehicle in Lake Ronkonkoma last month.

Detectives say a 2020 Yamaha Raptor 700 ATV was stolen from a shed at a home on Greis Avenue on Jan. 25 at about 3:12 a.m., and the person drove away in a red pickup truck. The ATV is worth about $8,800, police said.

Suffolk's Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information about the theft can contact Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips. Tips can also be submitted online at www.P3Tips.com.
