Suspect Broke Ronkonkoma Pizzeria’s Window, Swiped Register: PD

The man threw a brick through the front glass door of Royal Pizza on Hawkins Avenue, Suffolk police said.

RONKONKOMA, NY — Suffolk police are hoping the public might help them find a man they say burglarized a Ronkonkoma business back in August.

Police said the man threw a brick through the front glass door of Royal Pizza on Hawkins Avenue, went inside and stole a register containing cash and an iPad on Aug. 15 just after 10 p.m.

Suffolk Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information about the burglary can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, a confidential police hotline, or by using a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips. Tips can also be submitted online at www.P3Tips.com.
