• Saratoga city charter vote moved to 2027 (saratogian.com) — Saratoga Springs voters will now weigh major Phase Two city charter changes in November 2027 instead of this fall, after conflicting state election and municipal home rule deadlines kept the proposal off this year's ballot. City officials and the Charter Review Commission say they'll use the extra time to seek legal clarification and better educate residents on the budget‑neutral reforms they've already begun advancing.
