B-BP Crime Report: Serious Drug Arrests In Blue Point
A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.
The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. 
Arrests
- Gerald Marino from West Islip was arrested in Bayport on Feb. 6 on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
- Bayport resident Justin Felice was arrested in Holtsville on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana on Feb. 15.
- Brian Leavey from Selden was arrested in Blue Point on Feb. 16 on a charge of loitering the unlawful use of a controlled substance.
- On Feb. 16, Michael Nuzzo from Centereach was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of loitering the unlawful use of a controlled substance.
- Selden resident Oliva Case was arrested in Blue Point on Feb. 16 on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
- Cassandra Feldman from Centereach was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of loitering the unlawful use of a controlled substance on Feb. 16.
- On Feb. 17, Steven Steward from Patchogue was arrested in Bayport on a charge of operation of a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
- Nicole Valerius from Blue Point was arrested in Patchogue on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

- Police were notified of an incident of harassment on Bayview Avenue in Bayport on Feb. 12 at 2 p.m.
- On Feb. 13, police were alerted to an incident of harassment on Middle Road in Bayport at 1:30 a.m.
- Rogers Street residents in Blue Point notified police of an incident of harassment at 10 p.m. on Feb. 13
- On Feb. 15, an incident of criminal mischief on Montauk Highway in Bayport was reported to police at 9:40 p.m.
