Don't Miss: CVS Planning Board Hearing Tonight

A proposal to build a new CVS in West Sayville is the subject of a public hearing before the Islip Town Planning Board scheduled for tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Islip Town Hall.

First Hartford Realty Corp. hopes to build on the northwest corner of Main Street and Tyler Avenue, at 105 Main Street which is the site of the Truck Shop, which was founded in 1973.

The company is seeking a change of zone from Residence B District and Business 1 district to all Business 1, as well as a special permit for a single-user freestanding retail use in excess of 10,000 sqaure feet of floor area and a drive-through window for a pharmacy.
