Cooking Across America with Country Comfort

The newest cookbook in the Country Comfort Series shares recipes from Cooking Across America and the stories behind them. The mother-daughter team behind the book, Mary Elizabeth and Chef Nicole Roarke believe recipes travel with us but only if we choose to share them. At this program, the Chef will demonstrate recipes highlighting seasonality and regional influence, including Northeast’s Asparagus Dill Soup, Middle American’s Cherry Salad with Maple Balsamic vinaigrette and others.
