VIEW, a newly revamped riverfront destination overlooking the Great South Bay, now offers a three-course prix fixe menu every Thursday for dinner starting at 5 p.m. The menu changes weekly. The cost is $25.95 or $40.95 with wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. A sample menu is as follows:
