Free Health Screening
Free blood pressure check; free diabetes blood test; free weight and body mass index check.
Saturday, May 16, 9 am until noon, at New Life Community Church, 380 Lakeland Avenue, Sayville, NY 11782 (1/4 mile south of Sunrise Hwy.) All tests are free of charge and there will be doctors to speak to if you have any health questions. For diabetes testing to be most accurate, we suggest fasting from midnight. Refreshments will be available as soon as your testing is complete. High blood pressure and diabetes are easily managed if detected early. Take advantage of this free screening. Open to all adults in the community. Tell your neighbors and friends to utilize this opportunity.
