The student council at James Wilson Young Middle School in Bayport recently held its annual donation drive to benefit families in need during the holiday season. The middle-schoolers collected more than 525 items, ranging from canned foods to cleaning supplies and tissues, as requested by Our Lady of the Snow church in Blue Point. Bayport-Blue Point School District thanks all students involved for collaborating to help their community.
