Sign up at the desk for yoga class from 7-7:30pm! Debbie the massage therapist giving FREE chair message, FREE facials by Sarah, FREE awareness session with Marie the Reader and Spiritual Adviser, and FREE tasting from Jennifer’s organic “Dream Bake Shop”! (muffins only 2 points on Weight Watchers with fiber and protein!).
Bring your favorite beverage to share! Snacks will be provided.
