Local Realtor Wins Coveted Award for Real Estate Excellence

Bryn Elliott, a 1998 graduate of Bayport-Blue Point High School and Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Prudential Douglas Elliman, is the recipient of the Rising Star Residential Real Estate Agent of the Year Award for Suffolk County.

The Long Island native, who grew up in Blue Point and now lives in Sayville, is described as a Realtor with “high tech and high touch” skills and won the Rising Star Award for his hard work and dedication to his career. He has worked as a Realtor for eight years and was recently named as the Membership Chair for the Bayport-Blue Point Chamber of Commerce.

He is also the recipient of the Leading Edge Society Award for 2011 from Prudential Douglas Elliman.

“My business philosophy includes old fashioned values including hard work and communication combined with utilizing thorough print advertising, Internet and the most up-to-date technologies to achieve the highest level of exposure possible,” said Elliot.

“In my opinion this is the only way for a real estate agent to obtain the best results for their client’s needs while keeping their client fully informed. There are no short cuts; a great real estate agent must work hard, spend money on advertising and keep up to date on the latest technologies to give their clients the best edge possible.”
