Sunday, March 27 from 2 – 3 p.m

• Spend a pleasant Sunday afternoon listening to intimate songs with passionate vocals accented with world class instrumental solos from this local guitarist, singer and songwriter.

Women and the Blues

Thursday, March 31 from 7 – 8:30 p.m.

• Celebrate Women’s History Month by exploring the role of women in the blues. The program will include how the origin of the blues provided a “breeding ground” for women in music, as well as audio and video samples of some of the classic blues women, and live performance from Gail Storm!  

Pat De Rosa Trio in An Afternoon at the Paramount Theater

Sunday, April 10 from 2 – 3 p.m.

• The Paramount Theatre was one of the first great show palaces in the world, a place where legends were made and stars were born. This talented trio, performing on drums, keyboard, saxophone, clarinet and flute, will take you on a stroll down memory lane, right at the Library. Delight in the sounds of such classics as My Way, It Had to Be You, Moonlight Serenade and many more as the trio recreates the excitement and magic of the Paramount Theatre.
