Pork Chops on the Menu for Firehouse Kitchen Segment This Week

Tomorrow is the second episode of Firehouse Kitchen, a reality show about firehouse cooking, volunteer firemen, safety tips and more produced by Bayport resident and Dojo owner.

This week’s Saturday segment, which starts at 11:30 a.m. on WLNY TV55/10 and can be seen on Cablevision and Fios, has  Firehouse Kitchen Chef Joseph Bonnano welcoming Firefighter Paul Fazio, from a Jamaica Queens firehouse.

This week's recipe is: coffee rubbed pork chops and will feature a safety tip from Ray Cooney, who owns Shaolin Self Defense in Bayport is executive producer of the show with Ian Fydell, a sci fi published author from Massapequa.
