Readers' Choice Winner: Cafe Joelle Top Mother's Day Brunch Spot

This past Monday Patch asked readers where they like to take Mom for a Mother's Day brunch and offered up the options available from West Sayville to Blue Point.

By a slight vote margin, Sayville's Cafe Joelle, on Main Street, took top honors with 46 percent of the vote. The close second-place winner is BlackBird's Grille in Sayville with 33 percent of the vote and Blue, in Blue Point, took third with 20 percent of the tally.

In business for over 16 years, this storefront restaurant has become somewhat of a local institution. The menu offers something for everyone; the restaurant serves food all day long. The atmosphere is cozy and service is friendly.
