Sayville Bagel Cafe to Celebrate Grand Opening
The new store on Main Street plans grand opening for SummerFest weekend.

Ed Giammarino worked in the information technology field until his company closed and he was forced to make some decisions about his career. Giammarino thought back to his early 20's when he managed a bagel store and dreamed of owning one.
"When will I ever have this opportunity again?" thought Giammarino. So he took a leap of faith. This weekend, Giammarino is holding a grand opening at his new store Sayville Bagel Cafe, which is located at 153 Main Street and was formerly Best Bagels in Town.
Any customer that visits the store during the grand opening weekend will receive a special coupon for either a free buttered bagel or a coffee to be used within the next two weeks.

Giammarino, who also has experience in sales and customer service, married Elizabeth Vann last July at Land's End in Sayville. Although the couple doesn't currently live in Sayville, they are house hunting and hope their search ends here.
"Ed and I have always loved Sayville," said Elizabeth. "While dating, we always found ourselves in Sayville either eating dinner in one of the great restaurants, strolling along Main Street, or shopping. It is such a nice, friendly, family-oriented yet hip and fun community and we hope the Sayville Bagel Cafe will be a part of the community for a long time to come."
