Sayville, Bayport-Blue Point School Budgets Approved

Local residents gave their approval to proposed 2015-16 school budgets in the Sayville and Bayport-Blue Point districts Tuesday.

In Sayville, a $89.41 million budget was approved by a margin of 2,265-650. Carl Cangelosi, Keith Kolar and John Verdone won school board seats.

In Bayport-Blue Point, a $69.53 million budget was approved by a margin of 1,440-416. Christopher Richardt and Gina Murphy won school board seats.
