Bruce's Auto Center is for sale, with a price tag of $750,000 as the owner says he can't afford to run the business given improvements required on the land by town officials. According a listing on Zillow and Craigslist the shop, which opened in 1995, is 3,500 square feet on a .75 acre parcel and has all permits in place.
