There’s a Craiglist ad that states shares in a six-month old Sayville eatery are up for grabs. Investors would need to pony up at least $100K, states the classified. The ad states the business owner has invested over $350K into the business which has already made over $280K in gross sales. The business owner is looking to sell his shares or would be open to having a private or silent partner. Heck the right price buys the whole business. There are two, possibly three, eateries Patch can think of that fit the business description. Which one do you think it is?
, on Main in Sayville, has a unique April store special running: If you can get there by 9 a.m. it's buy one, get one free. Not sure if the same offer holds at the Bayport location but Patch intends to find out.

A new food establishment is coming into Village Commons in Blue Point, the small strip center that now houses Blue Point Bistro and Grill and a Montessori school. “Beyond Philly” will open and offer cheesesteaks, chicken and burgers. There is also a storefront for rent in the center.
Bayport's Middle Road business area boasts a new hair cutting establishment, called Opulence Salon, just in time for the prom and wedding seasons. The salon specializes in hair extensions and color.

The Blue House Foundation organization recently moved into the on Main Street in Sayville. Online search efforts reveal the foundation collects food for the needy and repairs computers that it then donates to needy families. Patch is hoping to get more insight on the organization this week.
