St. Joseph's Colleges Summer Fun Program Seeks a Director

Summer Fun Program Director-Seasonal (January-August)

St. Joseph’s College is seeking a Seasonal Summer Fun Program Director from January-August on its Patchogue, Long Island Campus. The preferred candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree with at least one year of Program Director experience, or 3+ yrs. as an Assistant Program Director. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing Summer Fun activities on a daily basis, enforcing rules and procedures, facilitating training and in-depth planning for all program components. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, conducting interviews, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating Counselors. Candidates must have strong verbal communication and organizational skills. Applicants must be available minimally 10 hrs per week from January-April and 8:30am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday from May-August.
