The Shopper's Corner - Back to School
See what Sayville shops have to offer for back to school.
It's that time again – to take one last dip in the pool, throw in the towel and begin to slowly check off that infinite back to school list. There are three Sayville shops that might help check off that list a little faster – Once Upon A Child, Kelley Boys Surf & Sport and A Basketful.
Once Upon A Child, located at 5640 Sunrise Highway, buys and sells gently used children's clothing for newborns to size 16, carriages, toys and more.
Once Upon A Child is a franchise store. Owners Brian and Jessica Nagle decided to establish the Sayville store in 2009 because of their own positive experience with their local Once Upon A Child store.

"We have two young kids of our own and understand wanting quality at a discount. The value we received from our local Once Upon A Child was so great that we decided to open our own location and are excited to offer prices up to 70 percent off retail," the owners said on their website. "Our friendly staff is here to help you buy, sell or trade your gently used kids stuff."
The owners also offer coupons and monthly offers for members – sign up on their website. The store is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (buying hours differ).
