Visions for Vacancies: Sayville Parking Lot Parcel

There's a for sale sign in front of the large tree that calls the small parcel of greenland in the parking lot on the north side of Main Street. It's unclear whether the parcel is for sale, or the entire parking lot area. A call to the number listed has gone unreturned.

So, in the meantime, Patch was thinking it would be fun to suggest things that could be built on this square patch of green. Be creative, be crazy or be serious and give us your feedback and take our poll of a some suggestions we came up with.
