Visions for Vacancies: West Sayville Storefront

While Bayport, Sayville and West Sayville stores have done well surviving the stormy economics of the past few years, there are a few empty businesses dotting Montauk Highway in each hamelt.

Patch will spotlight one empty location a week to find out what residents would like to see move in.

The purpose is to foster discussion in the community on what can, should and could be done to rehab these vacant spaces and maybe spur someone to actually open up shop.

This week Patch is looking at the space formerly occupied by Power Systems Solutions right by the Sayville Bike Shop on the north side of Main Street.

All that remains is a For Sale sign and Realtor contact info.
