West Sayville Gas Station is on the Selling Block

The Sunoco gas station in West Sayville, directly across from the 7-Eleven store on Montauk Highway, is on the sale block with a pricetag of $1,499,000.

The online advertisement at Craigslist notes that the site is in a high traffic and high visability location.

It's being listed by Homeside Realty in Bohemia.
