Where to Eat on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Where can you get a meal on Christmas or Christmas Eve?  Patch has answered the question for you here. 

Restaurants open on Christmas Eve AND Christmas Day:

• Blue, at 7 Montauk Highway in Blue Point will be open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  Please call (631) 363-6666 for reservations and information on the full Christmas Day Holiday event.  Please visit the photo section of this article to view a flyer.   

• Blue Point Diner at 145 Montauk Highway in Blue Point will be open for its regular schedule on Christmas Eve.  On Christmas, the diner will be open until lunch, around 1 pm. 

• Yum Yum May, Bayport's popular Chinese take-out and sit-down restaurant will be open regular hours on both Christmas and Christmas Eve.  It is located at 885 Montauk Highway in Bayport.

• Friendly Bagels at 871 Montauk Highway in Bayport will be open its regular hours, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve.  On Christmas Day, they close at noon. 

• Hong Kong Chinese in Blue Point will be open its regular hours, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. both days. 

Open on Christmas Eve only:

• Cavanaugh's at 255 Blue Point Avenue in Blue Point.  The restaurant and bar will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Also, there will be a free buffet for patrons from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

• Furci's pizzaria and deli, located at 271 Snedecor Avenue in Bayport will be open at separate times.  The deli will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Furci's famous bread for delivery available at 10 a.m.  The pizzaria will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Avocados at 955 Montauk Highway in Bayport will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Also, Burger King at 32 Montauk Highway in Blue Point will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
