The 75 member Westchester Band presents the second of the summer concerts in Chase Park in Scarsdale Village July 7th 8-10pm. These free concerts are sponsored by the Scarsdale Dept. of Parks and Recreation and Friends of the Westchester Band. Conductor Alan Hollander has selected a varied program including "The 1812 Overture", Holt's "Second Suite in F", Bilik's "Variations on America" and a "mystery tune" for the audience to name. The lucky winner gets a prize from a local merchant. If you would like to enjoy a night of light classics, marches, dixieland music and other audience favorites, bring a lawn chair or blanket or even a picinic supper. Join your neighbors and spend a delightful evening under the stars in downtown Scarsdale. Rain location will be Scarsdale High School Auditorium.
