Video: Daughters of Metro-North Crash Victim Ellen Brody to Appear on the 'Today Show'
"When he came in, he was like, 'She's gone.'"
The three daughters of Ellen Brody, the Edgemont woman who was killed in February when her SUV was struck by a Metro-North train, will appear on the Today Show Monday morning in an exclusive, pre-taped interview.
Alexa, Julia and Danielle recently sat down with host Matt Lauer to discuss the tragedy that took their mother, who has been remembered lovingly by family, friends and colleagues in the weeks since the Valhalla accident.
The Today Show has posted a short clip of the interview on its website, which also can be viewed below.

“Was it your dad who told you the news officially?” Lauer asks, referring to husband and father Alan Brody.
“Yes, he drives home and we see, like, two police cars right behind his car,” one of the girls says. “When he came in, he was like, ‘She’s gone.’”
