According to DiFiore:

In On February 4th, 2015 investigators from the District Attorney’s office received a Cyber Tip Report from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force. They traced the computer’s IP Address to a location in Westchester County where images containing child pornography had been downloaded.

Among the images downloaded were prepubescent girls in various stages of undress with adult males also not wearing any clothing.

On February 12th, 2015 investigators from this office along with members of the Eastchester Police Department executed a search warrant on the defendant’s apartment.

The seized items were recovered at the residence and Eisenberg was arrested.

As Eisenberg has a previous felony conviction, his sentence was enhanced because of his previous felon status, said DiFiore, and once he completes his sentence, Eisenberg will have to register as a sex offender.

Assistant District Attorney Laura Forbes of the High Technology Crime Bureau prosecuted the case.
