📰 News we're reading
• Greene County residents want their post office reopened (news10.com) — Mail service for West Kill residents is currently routed through the Shandaken Post Office in Ulster County, forcing people to drive the steep, often dangerous Notch road, especially in winter. Lexington's town supervisor is pushing to reopen the damaged West Kill Post Office or at least shift temporary service to Lexington's post office, which locals say would be a much safer and more convenient option.
