MASTIC, NY - A Mastic Beach teenager was reported missing by family on Friday, Suffolk police said.

David Smith, 16, was last seen leaving his home on Cedar Road East, on May 1, at around 5 p.m., police said.

Smith is described as a Black, Hispanic male, around 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has curly brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on his location to contact the 7th Squad at 631- 852-8752 or call 911.
