“Bach’s World” - The Long Island Baroque Ensemble, celebrating its 46th season of early music on period instruments, presents its annual concert of Johann Sebastian Bach for harpsichord, strings and voice. This year’s focus will be music by Johann Sebastian Bach and his contemporaries and musical ancestors; includes the incredible Meine Freundin Du Bist Schoen by Johann Christoph Bach. March 5, 8pm, St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Smithtown and March 6, 3pm, Christ Church, Oyster Bay.
