109. Blow Bubbles

Blow Bubbles
To have some fun; and, also, to relax.
Watch the Bubbles soar.

Learning how to blow
Correctly isn’t the easiest thing
When one is a beginner.

I have taught many a Child
To enjoy the wonderment of Bubbles
Scudded way up high until they pop.

The attempt to gather the Bubbles
That fall on soft grass and do not even pop
Elicits laughter and much running around.

When younger, I never knew
That blowing Bubbles could be tiring.
The energy I had was endless.

Now, I like to sit,
Quietly, watching, with pleasure, others
Who make the floating display.

Hollow orbs
Fly reflecting swirling iridescence.
Silent enchantment.
