105. Persistence

Persistence
In finishing projects is something new.
I am getting old.

Haven’t you wanted
To finalize a task that seemed endless
When you near the final days?

Each day I have short-term goals
To accomplish for my satisfaction.
If I finish half, I am happy.

Needless to say, I never get bored.
My mind whirs the engine of my body.
My heart fuels the feelings I have deep inside.

My Life is full of riches.
I have mined more than enough from my youth
Which had no interest in ending.

I still feel youthful.
I have attained the brain of an Elder.
My wisdom is still aging.

Daring age
To lengthen may not be the cleverest.
It is the most real.
