103. Pleasantness

Pleasantness
Is entertainment in front of my eyes.
Will you, please, join me?

It doesn’t take much
To stir my senses into a thick stew
Of all that Life can offer.

Concentration is focussed.
Mastering patience is necessary.
Stillness, itself, can be a ballet.

Following motion is cathartic
Whether choreographed or improvised.
Spontaneous movement jars the mouth to smile.

Forcing smiles is not pleasant.
In fact, it can be excruciating.
When one fakes a happy face, it is sad.

Pleasurable blips
Accumulate until they are maintained
As easily as breathing.

We all make
Life as pleasant as we are able to
In a confused World.
