Deserts, Mountains

Upon entering a new place,
Be sure to look out the window.
Clean windows are always welcome
When one gets up in the morning;
Or, for that matter, anytime.

I, myself, like to see
Three-dimensional views
With which to entertain
My inquisitiveness
That’s never satisfied.

Deserts, Mountains,
The Ocean’s shore,
Landmarks, the Moon —
I’ve seen them all
With clarity.
