Will We Ever?

Hope started a Revolution.
Freedom was a Dream to attain.
Anger was the fuel that nourished
The fire of Liberty within
The breasts of self-named Patriots.

Even though it is cracked,
Liberty’s Bell is rung
Metaphorically
As a symbol to those
Who wished the best for Us.
