Last weekend's open house at Kensington Gardens was a great reminder of what happens when the right property hits the market.
The buyers came. The interest was strong. And the offers followed FAST.
But there was another side to it: a lot of disappointed buyers. We had so many people who loved the location and the community and hoped their offer would be the one the sellers chose.
