FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL
Fall Decorations, Plants, Pumpkins, and Children's Games at Options Thrift Store's Fall Fair, Oct. 11, 10-3, 392 Hawkins Avenue, Ronkonkoma
Options for Community Living’s Thrift Shop will host a Harvest Fair on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Children can paint pumpkins and play Halloween games. The Harvest Fair also will feature mums, herbs, fall annuals and perennials, craft items, wreaths and other seasonal decorations and arrangements that will be available for purchase.
Mental Illness Awareness Week is October 5-12. 2014. During this week mental health advocates and organizations host activities to help shed light on mental illness, raise awareness and encourage understanding. Options’ staff will be available during the Harvest Fair to share information and discuss our residential programs for Long Islanders who are living with mental illness.
