Join Reiki Master Teachers Carole Duva and Denise Mirante at the Smithtown Library for an informative workshop on the ancient technique of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation which promotes healing through the body's natural healing ability. You will learn a little of the background of Reiki, its uses and how it is administered. There will be demonstrations after the lecture.
