I Have Postcards
How long will postcards be around?
Will we be able to buy them?
Will we say, “Send me a postcard”?
Will we await the mail each day?
Will we depend on computers?
I knew the day would come
When a postcard was all
I had of a Loved One.
They took the time to write
To a curious boy.
I have postcards
In a scrapbook
From long ago.
I like looking
At memories.
