Man Stole Handbags Worth $1K From Lake Grove Store: Police

LAKE GROVE, NY - Police are seeking a man who stole three handbags worth about $1,000 from a Lake Grove store last month.

The man (pictured above) entered Macy’s in the Smith Haven Mall, and stole three Michael Kors handbags on January 26 at 8 p.m.

The man was described as 30 years old, 5-foot-4 and 180 pounds with a black goatee.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
