Nico Padden Music
Nico is the little girl with the huge voice and the quirky name. She writes
powerhouse folk-rock songs that are lyrically and musically inventive,
featuring her flexible, soulful voice. Born and raised on Long Island, Nico
got her musical start training her powerful cords to sing professional
musical theatre and opera. She quickly transitioned to her rightful place
in the Long Island rock/pop scene when she realized her knack for
songwriting, inspired by her music-loving Dad's exposing her to great
writers like Paul Simon and the Eagles. Today, she performs all over Long
Island and NYC, has released her first acoustic EP entitled, "Waterbird,"
(find it on iTunes & CDBaby) and will premiere her first music video for
her song "Invisible War" on September 20th. In 2015 Nico plans to launch a
YouTube channel of her creative acoustic covers (think "Let it Go"
accompanied by ukelele and djembe, etc.) and some vocal tips and tricks
she's learned along the way while singing her songs everywhere from concert
halls to farmers markets, rock clubs, living rooms, backyards, bars,
