Missing 19-Year-Old Nesconset Woman Found Dead, Police Say

SYOSSET, NY — Updated Jan. 24, 10:40 a.m.: Paige Relyea, the woman who was reported missing Monday, was found dead in Syosset Thursday, police say. Nassau County Police Department detectives are investigating.

Original story: NESCONSET, NY — A Nesconset woman was reported missing on Monday afternoon after she left her home Sunday afternoon and didn't return, the Suffolk County Police Department said. Police asked anyone with information of the whereabouts of 19-year-old Paige Relyea to contact them immediately.

Relyea was reported missing by a family member around 12:45 p.m. Monday, police said. She was last seen leaving her home on Premier Court around 12:30 p.m. Sunday in a 2009 gray Toyota Corolla with New York license plate HSA 5877.

Relyea is white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs about 160 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, wears glasses and has multiple ear piercings. She was last seen wearing jeans, a green sweater and brown boots.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Relyea’s location to call 911 or thourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
