Police Seeking Woman Who Stole Clothes From Lake Grove Macy's

LAKE GROVE, NY - Police are looking for a woman who stole clothes from a store in the Smithaven Mall in Lake Grove earlier this week.

The woman entered Macy’s on October 10 at 7 p.m. and stole assorted clothing from the display area, police said.

She was described as in her early 30s, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a heavy build and red hair, police said.

She was wearing a black sweatshirt with the word “PINK” on it.

The woman left the parking lot in a silver sedan.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
