  • A burglary was reported on Roundtree Drive in Smithtown on Nov. 11
  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Mount Pleasant Road in Smithtown on Nov. 18
  • An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on 2nd Street in St. James on Nov. 19
  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Evon Lane in St. James on Nov. 16
  • An incident of harassment was reported on Christopher Court in St. James on Nov. 16
  • An incident of harassment was reported on 6th Avenue in St. James on Nov. 15
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on Tammi Court in Smithtown on Nov. 9

Arrests

  • David Spotteck, 25, of Nesconset, was arrested in West Babylon on Nov. 19 on charges of first degree criminal contempt and second degree reckless endangerment
  • James Tomassi, 32, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Centereach on Nov. 16 on charges of first degree criminal contempt and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle Story: Lake Grove Man With Dozens of License Suspensions Continues to Drive, Crash, Get Arrested
  • Rami Nazif, 28, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 14 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
